Surkov’s relationship to Yuri Milner (CEO, DST) is that Milner serves on Surkov’s Presidential Commission for Modernization and Technological Development of Russia’s Economy”. Of it’s 14 members, only Milner is not a government official which says a lot about how important Milner and DST are to Medvedev and Surkov.
Alisher Usmanov: A Russian billionaire and investor in DST. Usmanov is the Chairman of Gazprom Investment Holdings, which manages Gazprom’s financial transactions and Metalloinvest, which manages Gazprom’s metals interests.
